Photography allows me to capture the energy and beauty that often pass by unnoticed, preserving experiences that deserve a second look. When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me making music, exploring the outdoors, admiring fast cars, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. My work is inspired by the people, places, and moments that make life worth remembering.

Hi, I'm Owen!
I started OC Photography in 2021 after picking up a camera and becoming completely obsessed with it. What started as a hobby turned into something much bigger than I expected.
Since then, I've spent countless hours behind a camera, shooting everything from portraits and grads to events, concerts, and weddings. Along the way, I've learned that photography isn't really about cameras. It's about people.
The truth is, most people don't love being in front of a camera. They think they're awkward, don't know how to pose, or worry they won't look good in photos. That's normal. My job isn't just taking pictures—it's making the whole experience feel comfortable enough that you can stop thinking about the camera and be yourself.
I like finding interesting locations, chasing good light, and creating images that feel natural without looking boring. Every shoot is different because every person is different. The goal isn't to make you look like everyone else on Instagram. It's to create photos that actually feel like you.
When I'm not shooting, you'll usually find me playing piano, working on a new project, or carrying a camera somewhere I probably don't need to bring one.

The people I photograph are rarely professional models. I’m more interested in honest moments, natural movement, and creating images that feel relaxed, personal, and lived in.
Studio sessions are simple, controlled, and focused on you—clean lighting, intentional direction, and no distractions. I aim for portraits that feel natural, sharp, and confident while still keeping your personality at the center.
